To mark Breitling’s 140th anniversary, CEO Georges Kern presented the new manufacture caliber B19 at the Geneva Watch Days, which includes a perpetual calendar in addition to the chronograph function – packaged in three limited versions.

With the B19 caliber, Breitling introduced its first chronograph caliber with a perpetual calendar. Previous Swiss made Breitling replica watches with a full calendar and Breitling’s own calibers were already accurate for a period of up to four years (1461 days), but did not take leap years into account. The B19, however, now has a corresponding adjustment of the movement, combined with the display in the subdial above the “6”. The month display can also be found there, while the permanent small second at the “9” shares the subdial with the day of the week display and the 30-minute counter at the “3” has been combined with the pointer date. Last but not least, there is a moon phase display at the “12”.
